• Checklist

Begin by reviewing the application checklist. Make sure you have all the necessary documents and information prepared before proceeding. Proponents requesting for a fire permit or fire certificates are to attach the underlisted documents based on the use of premises as listed below;



A. Petrol/ Gas filling stations
• EPA permit
• NPA no objection letter
• Zoning status from the district assembly
• Building plan of the facility
• Fire Engineering drawing
• Fire report of the facility

B. Any other premises apart from the ones mentioned in A above
• Building plan.
• Fire report of the facility.
